Niall has been a major part of the Pure Results story since it kicked off in 2014. He has been instrumental in getting the camps established and still plays a major role in their delivery to this day. Niall is a super trainer and provides really insightful Life Coaching workshops which leave an impact on all clients. He also creates a great bond with the clients and does an amazing job in managing all of the onsite activities during camp. I would highly recommend Niall to any person or company as he is extremely professional and hardworking. At camp, Niall provides classes in so many areas; he leads Team Building Sessions, Aqua Aerobics, our popular Trail Runs (which he sets out too), Kettlebells, Core Training, High Intensity Sessions (his fav) and relaxing stretching classes for unwinding and letting the body recover. In his Coaching Sessions, Niall tells his own story and shares his own battles which all of the clients can relate to. He helps all of the clients become aware of their own values and beliefs, and people learn to find a different approach to achieve their goals. As the camps took off, Niall also established himself as the Camp Manager due to his coordinating and organisation skills as well as his reliability. He sets out ideal schedules for the clients and makes sure that they run like clockwork. Nothing is an issue, he just makes it work. Niall has been a great asset to Pure Results to date and I look forward to working with him for many years to come.

Jen has been a major part of the Pure Results story since it kicked off in 2014. She was instrumental in getting the camps kicked off and devised our entire menu programme to suit the needs of our clients on camp. This has helped the clients achieve their specific goals around nutrition. Jen is such a knowledgeable Nutritional Therapist and Wellness Coach and has such a great way with the clients who she builds great trust with. She carries out one to one consultations at camp with the clients, giving them specific tips for their personal needs, and follows up with them also when they leave. She also gives Nutrition and Wellbeing talks on site to help clients learn how they can easily incorporate better daily habits in their everyday. The clients love the Nutrition demos which are engaging and informative. The feedback from clients for Jen is always positive saying thanks for educating me, thanks for all your advice now I feel I can do this at home. I would highly recommend Jen to any person or company as she is extremely professional, dedicated, passionate about her work and also very hardworking.

After reviewing our company’s CSR strategy and deciding to focus more on health and wellbeing , we met with Niall and Jen to discuss our options and they tailor-made an 8 week employee wellbeing programme for us. We were conscious that employee wellbeing was not all about food and exercise but also about mental health and this was incorporated into our programme. The programme had something to suit every employee, whether it be a food demo, a stretching class, or a high intensity class for the more active. There was also a weekly email on health & wellbeing.

Niall and Jen were fantastic to work with, they adapted to suit and cater for all our needs, and we would highly recommend them to any organisation looking to explore their employee wellbeing initiatives.

Share Plan & Equity Administration Experts - Corporate Break Out Day.

All Global Shares employees hugely enjoyed the Corporate Wellness Solution offered by Everyday Nutrition, Fitness & Wellbeing. From the very beginning everything was extremely professional and well organised. Both Niall and Donnacha made a great impression on the staff with their positive attitude and motivational disposition! The breakout session encouraging team building amongst the staff was great fun and gave everyone a chance to unwind and have a bit of fun. This was exactly what we needed! The second session on Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Nutrition was brilliant as it gave us all a chance to stop and take note of our own personal goals and how best we can achieve them. This was very inspiring and I know all the staff really enjoyed the opportunity to reflect on themselves. I would give Everyday Nutrition, Fitness & Wellbeing a 5 star rating and would fully recommend them for any corporate team building event one may be looking to organise. I will certainly be in touch for our next corporate event.

We made the decision to engage with Niall and Jen in the implementation of an employee wellness programme last year. It was important for us to ensure we got the ‘fit’ right as we were keen for all the team to engage and benefit from this programme and having met with Niall and Jen, we knew we were talking to the right organisation for us! They tailored a programme for Fastnet – The Talent Group which included personal consultations, exercise classes and nutrition demos.
