The Home essentials kit would be a good one to go for, as it contains the 10 core oils that you would definitely use for all aspects of health and is a great natural toolkit, plus you’d get the free diffuser. This kit is the most popular starter kit and the kit we started with.

The Family essentials kit is a smaller enrolment kit which contains the same 10 oils as the home essential kit but in small 5ml sample sized bottles. It doesn’t contain the free diffuser, so the Home Essentials kit is much better value, as it’s 3 x as much oil but not even double the price!! Most people tend to run out of the oils with this smaller kit quickly and then wish they had gone for the next kit up.
